Call Centre Desktop Engineers
Seeking an experienced Desktop Engineers for an established BPO dealing with International and Local clients.

The Role:
The purpose of this position is to resolve all calls logged within the SLA’s allocated.

Administration

Qualifying Criteria:
Matric / Grade 12
A+, MS Windows XP and Office
Avaya, NICE, Radical
2 years contact centre desktop engineer experience within a call centre environment
Must be currently employed in a similar role
Advanced MS Suite
Excellent written and spoken command of English
South African Citizen’s ONLY

Salary on Offer:
R14,000 – R17,000 CTC per month – Dependent on experience
