Key to the role is to manage the checking and packing functions for Dispatch. To manage the 3PL transport service providers. To ensure that both internal and external customers’ expectations are met effectively and efficiently whilst not compromising on quality of products

Wholesaler of Industrial Tools & Equipment in South Africa. Looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:

• Self-starters and ambitious worker
• Honest and hardworking
• 2-3 years warehouse management exp
• HR and \IR function – staff management
• Safety and health management
• Management reporting skills
• Implementing standard operating procedures
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in terms of orders and deliveries
• Knowledge of warehousing processes and systems

Job Purpose Plan, organize and control the work of staff to ensure accurate and
Efficient checking and packing processes in Despatch. Achieve productivity targets and meet internal and external customer’s service expectations. Ensure the accurate handover of packed parcels to either courier companies or to customers.

EDUCATION • Grade 12
Relevant logistics diploma, Six Sigma / 5S qualifications / LEAN principles or similar would be an advantage
