Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate
Computer literacy, good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction at every interface
Ability to work in a team
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge of wizard will be an advantage
The incumbent will be responsible for his/her own transport to and from work
Code 08 – endorsed driver’s license
Must be able to work in a highly pressurized and fast pace environment
Well presented
Shift work only, weekends and public holidays as well as flexi- hours
Target and deadline driven
Organized and methodical
Self-starter and motivated
Must be a team player

Responsibilities:
Office administration
Action Wizard Reports
Able to drive CSI
Fleet Planning
Monitor special requests
Manage a team of drivers perm/temp and assist branches with fleet and dispatch queries
Fuel control and fuel balancing on a daily basis
Check quality of cars
Ensure Airport coverage
Control of unknown damage
Controls on VRV’S and VTC’S
Security control for premises and vehicles leaving and entering the dispatch yard
