Managing a project or set of projects
Ensures that business objectives are reflected in the technical processes
Understanding business requirements, business systems and process context, impact and risks
Management of activities within the SDLC (process owner)
Project Management
Ensuring that the Application remains adaptive to emerging client needs in its lifetime.
Technical owner of a set of Applications (e.g. CRM)
Understanding business' future requirements
Making recommendations for the improvement of the SDLC, PM or ITIL processes
Ensuring alignment to business requirements, and building trust with clients by displaying managerial competence
Participating and enabling the business Prioritization process
Ensures that the technical Application capacity exists for a particular set of systems (e.g. CRM)

Qualifications and experience
Tertiary degree (B. Engineer, B.Com, BSC)
3 to 5 years experience in software development for large commercial entities
Must have managed a software development team
Change Readiness
Customer Service Orientation
Solution Architecture
Software development and testing
SDLC, ITIL (Incident, Change, Release, Problem Management)

Salary is negotiable on experience
