Our client in Paarl is looking for a Digital Chief to join their dynamic team: This is an unusually exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking. The job will be to establish and head up our clientâ??s digital department including e-commerce, applications, digital marketing, and website.

Responsibilities:

• Managing  eCommerce business including mobile, web, marketing, distribution and international roll out
• Overseeing the development and international roll out of online App
• Managing the various websites
• Engaging and working with design and development agencies
• Cooperating with our social media manager to employ social media and other online platforms
• Reporting to General Manager

Skills & Requirements:

• Relevant  qualifications
• Good, relevant and useful experience
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in both English and Afrikaans
• The ability to work in a team but also take own initiative
• Understanding digital marketing: SEO, email marketing, WordPress, social media ads
• Understanding of mobile and web development, eCommerce platforms and app development

Must be willing to travel abroad
