Our client is an established law firm and call centre debt recovery company seeking the services of a Digital designer, Marketer & Network support to;
• Oversee their IT network and liaise with their outsourced IT services company,
• Lead data extraction and visual presentation,
• Maintain and update their websites and other digital marketing.

The skills required are:

IT Knowledge
• Basic PC & Network maintenance and support
• Networking and VOIP Telephony Knowledge & Support
• SQL Database Querying & Support (Firebase an advantage)
• Advanced Windows 7, 8 & 10 Knowledge
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Knowledge
• Call centre Experience an advantage

Reporting & Dashboards
• Intermediate Power BI & Crystal Reports Knowledge
• Sharepoint & Full Office 365 Support Knowledge
• Excel & Pivot Tables

Marketing
• Wordpress Website maintenance and updates
• Email & Presentation Design using Illustrator & Photoshop
• Mailchimp / SendInBlue Email Marketing Knowledge
• Powerpoint
• CRM Support
