DIGITAL IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - Sabie
To manage the Digital/IT centre at the game lodge providing IT support to all guests as per their needs such as basic maintenance and support of the IT infrastrucuture and assisting them with email access & usage and internet access. Process payments by guests you serve.
This is a front of house/IT/retail position as you will personally be assisting the lodge guests on a daily basis so your communicaiton and interpersonal skllls need to be excellent.
You should preferably already have 5* lodge experience in this field of work (IT support)and meet the following requirements:
Grade 12/NQF Level 4 (essential)
Good communication skills
Good Numeric ability s you will be reporting on sales and revenue for this service
Working knowledge of cameras and printers
Keen interest in photography
Working knowledge of Adobe Light room, Photoshop, etc.
Working knowledge of Office software such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook
Excellent interpersonal skills – approachable with excellent command of English
Attention to detail and quality orientation
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc
Prepared to work in a remote bush lodge environment
