Our client in HILLCREST requires a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help to support their marketing activities. This is a CONTRACT POSITION for at least 6 months.

The successful candidate will assist in developing and managing all digital communications, activities and services with particular emphasis on content development, updating web site content. He/she will work collaboratively with other staff and will participate in teamwork to achieve marketing priorities. The position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Take a lead responsibility for developing web site content and updating content for editing by the Marketing manager, ensuring that the tone and language are consistent, accessible and straightforward.
Updating the website content as and when required
Increasing and managing the subscriber acquisition and retention.
Working with both online and offline business partners.
Managing social media sites and constant updating and responding to fan comments and queries.
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:

Matric
Related Degree or Diploma in website development
Minimum two years related experience
Highly skilled in working in Word press
A record of documented success in digital marketing, network building and social media utilization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and high attention to detail.
Aptitude for crafting online messages and website content
