Purpose of the Job : The Digital Marketing manager will be looking after the marketing for the Estate and Event Inspirations.
Responsible for managing marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities at the company. Takes steps to measure, enhance, and enrich the position and image of a company through various goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities
• Plan marketing and branding objectives.
• Expand product solutions and offerings.
• Prepare marketing strategies alongside other company executives and staff to ensure the company stays ahead of competitors
• Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
• Prepare and adhere to budgets.
• Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
• Design print ads and publications.
• Ensure brand messages are consistent.
• Gather and analyze customer insight.
• Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
• Engage consumers on social media.
• Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization.
• Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms.
• Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics.
• Drive overall CRM and direct marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.
• Develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position business as innovator and leader.

• Manage the website content by sending regular updates, checking that latest information is on the website
• Assist with quality content on website

Monthly newsletter

• Coordinate design & distribution if internal and external newsletter

Social Media
• Manage, build and further develop current Facebook page, daily Facebook posts to promote daily news - linked to Twitter. Promote content using paid advertising on Facebook and Twitter. Use “real” stories, people and events to share on Facebook
• Assist with ideas to develop and manage online marketing and competitions, feedback reports of campaigns & competitions
• Make sure we have a strong visible social media presence and develop concepts with viral potential
• Attend specific events etc to assist with copy write content

General

• Submit Annual marketing programme, planning ahead and implementing campaigns
• Ensure all online information is correct and update partner online site with specials
• Pre plan all public holidays and special functions
• To keep abreast of competition rates, promotions and actions at all times. To visit competitor properties and to check all rates etc. To prepare competitor analysis reports.
• To create a loyalty program as well as maintain ie invite existing customers back for anniversaries
• To attend industry networking opportunities as and when needed.
• Ongoing effective management of all advertising opportunities including the creation of marketing material required and quotes on printing.
