Digital Marketing Manager – Sandton – R25 000.00 to R30 000.00

The successful candidate would need to be organised , be a strategic thinker, strong communicator as well as have a genuine passion for digital marketing with proven track record and flair for graphic design . Responsibilities
? Overseeing a young team of graphic designers
? Marketing content (Newsletters, social media, brochures, promotional pitches etc.)
? Monthly marketing reports (social media, website bookings, online campaigns etc.)
? Manage Project Management system and liaise with stakeholders on requirements, deadlines and requirements
? Management of all digital platforms and channels
? Maintenance of all digital presence and brand positioning
? Digital lead and conversion management
? Social Media management
? Managing the flow of all tasks within the marketing department
? Team supervision ( Web development etc)


Requirements
? Minimum two years’ experience in graphic design & digital marketing management
? An understanding of online media
? Four+ years’ experience in a digital marketing field including at least 2 years leading a team of graphic designers
? Excellent written and oral communication
? Will be overseeing team with various company’s website development , social media, company advertising as well as sales
? An updated portfolio
? Graphic design track record
? Understanding of budget management
? Strong analytical skills
? Creative mind: ability to not just brief creative teams but to be an active partner in the creative development, from ideation to execution.
? Campaign management (development, execution, maintenance and reporting)
? Excellent client service skills.
? Strong digital acumen and SEO knowledge
? Ability to manage multiple projects/clients within ever changing landscape
? Able to lead and manage a team
