One of South Africa’s leading companies in the Media and Entertainment space is on the lookout for a talented and dynamic Digital Media Training Representative.
Roles and responsibilities
- Represent Customer Care training interests for DDM products in all company training forums
- Build constructive relationships with training function in SA and Africa
- Seek inputs from Customer Experience Manager and Product Care Specialists on learning and development (L&D) needs of support staff
- Present DDM Customer Care training needs to planning function of Partners Learning and Development team
- Facilitate training sessions on DDM products and Customer Care practices
- Promote and administer learning through gamification
- Equip customer care staff with knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work
- Measure effectiveness of L&D initiatives
Education & Experience:
- Matric and Bachelor’s degree or 3 year Diploma in any stream
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in independently planning and executing learning and development activities
Preferred Knowledge:
- User experience and understanding of Digital Media products and services
- Experience of tools and techniques for effective learning and development
- Certifications / rewards in the field of Learning and Development
- Association with the forums and communities related to learning and development
