Digital Mobile Account Manager

Location: Randburg, Johannesburg
Salary: R25k basic per month plus excellent commission structure

Requirements:
3-5 years Senior Account Management experience
Prior experience at WASP / Digital agency essential (this is not negotiable)
Excellent understanding of digital media and experience in consulting with clients to develop mobile marketing campaigns using technologies such as SMS, MMS, Mobi, USSD, IVR
MUST understand the aforementioned technologies and the applications thereof
Must be fully computer literate and thorough knowledge of MS Office
Very good working knowledge of Social Media and the application thereof in business
Energetic person with solid relationships in the marketing, advertising and corporate industry Technically minded
Fully bilingual, English and Afrikaans (other advantageous)
Strong presentation skills

Duties:
Marketing of existing Mobile products and services, developing new solutions and relationship management, maintaining and retaining existing business and a very strong focus on developing new business.
Must be willing to work overtime and on weekends as and when required Own, reliable transport and valid driver's license
Planning and execution of digital media campaigns
Develop concepts and Customer Care solutions using Mobile technology from ‘cradle to grave’.
Post campaign analysis, Detailed reporting
Interaction with clients and management on regular basis
Attend client meetings and regular status reports and assist clients in developing solutions and products. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and to generate new business
Deal with Written and Verbal Correspondence to/from Clients and Suppliers Compiling Managerial Documents for Meetings and Presentations. Complete Internal administrative work, as required Achievement of targets year on year Strategic account development Deliver sales presentations and technical demonstrations to clients Testing and Liaising with the Programming and Audio Technicians on all Campaign Lines for all service types Out Sourcing of Campaign Materials, Voice-overs, and Translators.
