Digital Project Manager

Location: Fourways, Gauteng
Salary: R30k per month

The Digital Project Manager is responsible for creating solutions, achieving deadlines and delivering excellence through effective interaction with the digital team, clients and internal production and design teams.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a web development agency or similar with high energy levels
Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills
Previous digital project management experience and knowledge of applicable platforms & programs is essential
Organisation and planning
Professional written and verbal communication skills (English/Afrikaans a must)
The ability to manage diverse client demands and expectations
Taking responsibility and accountability for all aspects of projects
A continuous drive for excellence
Using initiative to problem-solve & innovate
Working dynamically and positively with colleagues whilst under pressure

Areas of Responsibility:
A thorough knowledge and understanding of the company’s service offerings
Creating comprehensive project plans and based on the workflow process, which includes:
Quotations and budgets
Comprehensive timelines
Manage projects across a variety of aspects including CMS-driven website design/build, flat microsite design/build, emails, digital media, mobile apps, interactive content modules
Ensuring all deadlines are met according to clients’ schedules/timelines
Ensuring all projects are completed according the quality standards specified
Establishing, maintaining and enhancing client relationships
Adapting to continuously changing product offerings and updates
Being accessible outside of normal office hours to effectively manage projects and clients’ demands
Ensuring all internal administration requirements are maintained and completed according to company standard
