Job Responsibilities

• Leadership of a team of designers, developers and content managers
• Scheduling of projects and tasks using in-house developed software
• Traffic management
• Client liaising (acquisition, maintenance)
• Weekly status meetings and pulse reporting
• Completion of all projects in terms of quality control
• Project process flow and timeline generation
• Digital marketing knowledge (SEM, SEO, PPC etc.)
• Estimation and quoting on projects
• Purchase order procurement and invoicing
• Costing analysis and workforce efficiency measurement
• Induction and skills development of new employees
• General management of production/operations
• Eye for detail
• Up to date with the latest trends in Web & Interaction design
• Passion for Digital
• True sense of ownership on projects

Requirements
Experience Required

• Four+ years relevant experience
• Web and multimedia project management
• Website design and development
• Website information architecture/content styling
• Search engine optimisation principles and best practice
• CMS-based website management
• Web-based business networking
• Internet
• Database management (Access, basic SQL)
• Microsoft Office (all programs)
