Result driven sales consultant, capable of closing deals, required for cold calling (inbound and outbound) position for the Wealth/Asset Management Division of this Independent Financial Service Provider.

Minimum requirements:
• B.Degree essential – B.Comm or B.Bus.Sci(Financial)
• Minimum 1 -2 years relevant sales experience essential
• Investment product knowledge essential
• Ability to deal with inbound/outbound telephonic enquiries essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication essential

Responsibilities:
• Driving sales through calling potential and existing clients – inbound and outbound telephonic work
• Converting leads from digital marketing, education events and public website into registrations
• Specialist support to clients
• Handle and manage escalated and non-standard enquiries
• Converting registrations into account openings – follow up on outstanding documents and FICA requirements
• Converting account openings to account funding – assist investors into their first trade/investment
• Acquiring additional investments from existing investors – cross selling/promotion of other investment accounts
• Business retention
• Identify process improvements and efficiencies
• Deal closely with market to know what themes need to be discussed and provide info to clients – presentations and campaigns
• Develop graph, fund comparisons and other technical information that clients may need
