Distribute product to customers within agreed SLA’s and maintain excellent customer service. Storage, handling and transport costs continually meet best practice benchmarks. MRP run on a weekly basis Product plan based on MRP Daily production meetings Raw materials procured timeously QA / HSE procedures are adhered to Trained, motivated and productive staff. Committed, competent and focused workforce Plan and implement process enhancement initiatives DC operations comply with 3rd party agreements, where applicable.
