A fast growing and expanding wine and liquor company based in Johannesburg requires a DISTRIBUTION MANAGER to start immediately.

Reporting to the GM

This is a 3 month fixed term contract with the possibility to become permanent

REQUIREMENTS:-
Diploma / Degree in Distribution Management
Knowlede in PDP Legislation
ERP System knowledge - NAV, SAP, Pastel
Advance Excel and Word
4 to 5 years experience in FMCG distribution and logistics

KEY DUTIES (but not limited to)
Control and manage vehicles and distribution fleet
Attend to queries and complaints
Attend to distribution policies and procedures
Manage budget
Investigate accidents and improve safety
Manage fleet supply contracts
Manage events, programs and activity schedules
Manage and improve distribution SOP's
Manage capital expenditure
Staff management
Financial analysis to develop plans, policies and budgets
Reporting on weekly monthly basis
Manage and anticipate change
