Qualifications

BASIC REQUIREMENTS TO BE MET:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Management or equivalent field
3 to 5 Years’ experience in leading projects or improvement efforts
Experience in transportation, logistics and distribution management
Demonstrated understanding of regulatory requirements, such as phytosanitary, certification requirements/regulations and customs requirements/regulations and packaging, labeling and moving product and materials, including how they impact the business and customer

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:
Strong communications skills, written, visual and verbal
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Strong strategic mindset
Ability to solve complex problems
Ability to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks with oscillating workloads
Strong ability to lead and manage teams, resolve conflicts and influence
Strong analytical skills and business understanding
Ability to utilize resources effectively throughout the organization
