MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
? Relevant postgraduate degree. - Master’s degree an advantage;
? 10-15 years’ Senior Management with experience in a similar/banking environment;
? Experience in strategy and advice, policy development and governance;
? Leadership skills and track record of building and motivating a team;
? Strong liaison, education and communication skills;
? Analytical and reporting skills;
? Knowledge of generally accepted business principles;
? Research and development skills.

Remuneration: Negotiable dependent on experience.
