Must have 5-10 years of CAD experience
Knowledge of SANS 60439, SANS 10131, SANS 10108
Good accurate CAD skills
Thorough experience of working with AutoCAD essential


Duties

Draughting of civil, mechanical and electrical CAD drawings for tender and quotation proposals

Draughting of civil, mechanical and electrical CAD drawings for drawing for contracts of generator and related equipment (as designed and dictated by the engineer) including:

Simple civil structures including plinths, bund systems, cable trenches, generators and fuel systems, pant rooms
Electrical circuit diagrams for LV, MV, and PLC control equipment
Fuel systems installation, including P& ID diagrams
Mechanical systems including generator canopies, exhaust systems, ventilation systems
Support design engineers and contract department with necessary drawings
Generate Bill of quantities form drawings
Generate purchase orders from Bill of Quanities
