DTP Operator (Corporate environment) – outskirts of Pretoria-East area
Salary – R10 000.00 per month (Medical Aid and Provident Fund after 3 months)

Well establish Printing and Production firm has an opportunity for a DTP Editor to join their team on the outskirts of Pretoria-East area.

Job overview:
The core focus of this role will be to conceptualise and execute the visual aspects of editorial content, in print and digitally, on behalf of clients to specific briefs, all within strict deadlines. Strong typographical and layout design skills and interest in print design trends.

Minimum requirements:
• At least 2+ years working experience in the same or similar role
• Must be able to apply design skills synergistically
• Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator for PC and MS Office is essential
• Once concept is approved, roll out the elements to complete the campaign.
• Competence and experience in typesetting a variety of publications - from flyers to manuals, posters etc.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, multi task
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
