E-COMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR – SA’S LEADING MENS RETAIL BRAND

One of South Africa’s leading men’s retailers is looking for an experienced E-COMMERCE ADMINISTRATOR to join their team.
Main Purpose: Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the position of E-Commerce Administrator is responsible for leading and managing all e-commerce platforms for the organisation.

Key responsibilities:

Management of all brand websites and updating of all website content
Utilise a range of techniques for digital marketing campaigns including the following: paid search, SEO
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights
Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing
Build, grow and optimise online marketing programs and platforms in order to acquire new customers, increase retention and drive profitable sales
Increase engagement across all digital platforms
Maintain online sales, Web design, Web maintenance
Handle online transactions and coding

Job Requirement:

Good communication – written & interpersonal
Minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience in the digital marketing space
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in retail marketing
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Tertiary qualification in IT
Experience managing PPC (Pay Per Click) and paid search campaigns
Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
Experience in e-commerce, SEO, email marketing, social, HTML
PowerPoint, Photoshop
Previous experience in a similar digital marketing role
Internet Explorer skills, knowledge of internet search engines
Advanced skills in MS office –word, excel, Powerpoint
Results driven within a high performance environment
Good time management skills and able to prioritise
Good problem solving skills within a fast paced environment
Good Negotiation skills
Good Motivational skills
