Looking for an E-Commerce Specialist for an inbound company with experience within Tourism.

Experience required:
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Previous experience within tourism
Good knowledge of Southern Africa
Excellent organisational skills
High level of customer service experience

Duties would include:
Effectively cost and compile on-line products
Understand the market
Source new products
Demonstrate understanding of the concepts cost, profit, nett and gross selling prices
Work with agents to build sales via their on-line channels
Track sales and profitability
Generate and update website content (products, content, promotions)
Book all on-line requests (packages, accommodation, car rental, excursions, flights etc.)
Capture bookings in reservations system
Proactively research, evaluate, recommend, and deploy new online/digital marketing tools and website enhancements that could be beneficial to the company
