Large International Company based in Rosebank, Johannesburg is looking for an E-Learning Developer to join their training team. The main purpose of this position is to develop all e-learning content for African Operations inclusive of business soft skills, life skills and internal systems.
•Research and develop applicable training modules (soft skills /systems)
•Interpret and analyse department training requirements
•Effectively communicate with relevant SME during development phase to ensure training modules are accurate
•Publish e-learning courses - submit content to direct report for approval
•Prepare documentation for publishing
•Deliver End User training
•Maintain training modules
•Content development and design training

Skills and Requirements:
•Grade 12 Senior Certificate
•Training and Development Diploma or similar qualification
•BCom Degree an advantage
•Articulate Storyline and Moodle Certification an advantage
•Valid drivers licence
•Valid passport
