SAIL is looking for an E-learning Manager who oversee designing, developing, and evaluating online training content. They use strong communication skills to convey learning concepts to those being trained, and they innovate and improve current tutorials and classroom offerings so they are more engaging and scalable. E-learning specialists use their strong leadership and instruction skills to motivate professionals to learn ideas and concepts in more efficient ways. Often, they must convey technical processes in simple terms to non-technical individuals.

Roles and Responsibilities
? Manage, develop, coordinate and grow the e-Learning department
? Regularly research and evaluate new and trending development technologies; recommending changes, updates and enhancements to existing tools
? Research and build software, content creation, and interactive media
? Source specialist for installation of basic technical system
? Create, maintain and manage databases to track participants, feedback, and technical issues
? Build and implement eLearning solutions
? Develop required graphics, animations and implement assessments using various creative software and authoring tools
? Create and manage interactive multimedia content (e.g. video, graphic design, video editing, storyboarding)
? Promote innovation in eLearning courses and modules
? Use adult learning theory and eLearning design principles to develop courses that are interactive/engaging
? Collaborate proactively with team members in eLearning design process
? Test and troubleshoot courses
? Manage and grow a new eLearning Department
? Conduct market research and identify client needs
? Liaise, manage and guide eLearning technical service provider
? Develop and implement assessments for eLearning programmes
? Manage sales and marketing of eLearning programmes
? Build and maintaining client relationship
? Ability to develop new online programmes and convert existing courses into eLearning options from syllabus to final evaluation when needed

Qualifications and Skills
? Bachelor's degree or 5 years’ experience in instructional development, learning and development and/or instructional design
? Prior experience developing, implementing and evaluating content material of learning management systems (LMS)
? Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and team skills with the proven ability to build consensus
? Strong organization and time management skills
? Strong creative aptitude in interactive, multi-media content design and video production
? Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions & constraints
? Possess a high level of computer literacy of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
? Knowledge of various creative software and eLearning authoring tools
? Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Audition, After Effects, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat Pro, etc.
