Position Title Oracle EBS Developer

Role Purpose Design, develop and support Oracle EBS technical solutions

Responsibilities:

· Develop Oracle EBS custom/extended solutions to a high standard as per Business Requirement Specifications within the given dead-lines.

· Produce Technical Design documentation for development work.

· Provide technical input during design sessions as and when required.

· Assist Oracle EBS Functional Analysts with technical input as and when required for project and support work.

· Develop and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.

· Provide Oracle EBS Technical support on R12 production.

· Adhere to the WesBank SDLC and all related processes and procedures.

· Ensure that all development work is carried out in accordance with the WesBank Design and Build Standards.

· Contribute to improvement of processes and standards within the team.

· Contribute to good teamwork, knowledge sharing and effective communication within the whole EBS team.

· Engage in development and improvement of own skills on-the-job and through training.

Requirements:

· Relevant IT qualification or certification

· Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Oracle EBS Developer including PL/SQL, SQL, BI Publisher, Workflow, EBS System Administrator / Application Developer, Oracle Financials (preferably one / more of: AP, AR, GL, CE, PO, FAH)

· Relevant Oracle Certification will be advantageous.

· Additional advantageous experience: Unix scripting, ETL, Data Modelling, OAF, java, OBIEE
