Matric plus a degree in the health science field and/or nursing diploma
Orthopaedic Sales experience essential
Proven experience in Sales Management in the Medical or Pharmaceutical field.
Demonstrated experience with resource planning around people and territories preferable
People management - coaching and mentoring skills
Must live in or close to the greater Pretoria area.

Proficiency in MS Office
Must be prepared to work overtime and call-outs

• Manage the marketing and selling of all products in the designated territory.
• Manage the appointed sales force for the region
• Identify key business opportunities within the serviced market and develop strategies
• Monitor and report sales and forecasts.
• Manage the implementation of agreed marketing plans.
• Participate in the drawing up and implementation of agreed sales budgets and targets
• Report, on sales, expenses, representative performance and market related issues
• Identify, liaise and build professional relationships with key decision makers
• Co-travel with all sales personnel on a regular basis
