CA (SA) / CIMA / ACCA

Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects
Job Description:
Oversee month end reporting and the reporting close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting results to the business.
Preparation of month-end reporting pack for Senior Management.
Analysis of actual performance versus Budget and Prior Year.
Monthly Client Revenue Forecast updates.
Client profitability reporting and analysis.
Participation in the annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecast processes.
Analyse financial performance against key business metrics, including Client Profitability.
Maintenance and improvement of accounting and reporting systems, tools and processes.
Implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
Reporting and implementing B-BBEE processes alongside the HR team.
Management of SOX compliance and audits.
Preparation of annual tax returns.
Preparation of monthly VAT and PAYE returns.
Assistance with preparation of audit deliverables.
Review of annual financial statements and assist in providing note disclosures.
Review of payroll in conjunction with HR.
Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
