EFTPOS Operations Dispatcher in Johannesburg

Based in Sandton
Salary: R10 000 CTC

Would need to work every 3rd Sat of the month. Flexible hours: 7 – 4 or 8 – 5

Must be WELL SPOKEN as you will be dealing with Merchants
Very admin meticoulous as you will need to be up to date with all Technicians and their where-abouts
GOOD ADMIN SKILLS to do daily timesheet, day planners, etc
GOOD EXCEL skills to do reports on

The responsibilities of the position include:
• Dispatching of technicians to ensure SLA is met and callouts attended –GP & NW
• Daily Technical callout planning
• Send morning and afternoon dispatch emails, highlighting calls attended and calls carried over
• Follow up on technicians tickets to ensure they are attended to within SLA
• Ensure changes in data is communicated correctly to the relevant departments
• Making appointments for callouts: new installations, upliftments, replacements etc. and update Fiserv tickets accordingly
• Daily calling and updating of the Nil transaction report, taking swift action on customers concerns
• Maintaining 3rd party relationships through managing expectations, turnaround times, providing feedback on issues reported etc.
• Logging into inbound queue to assist with overflow calls when required
• WEEKEND AND PUBLIC HOLIDAY WORK

In order to be considered for the position, the following requirements must be met:
• Matric
• Technical dispatch and callout planning
• Call centre/helpdesk experience
• Outbound/Inbound telephonic troubleshooting – need to be dealing with level one problems
• Technical Point of Sale experience an advantage
• Systems Administration
