Professional Registration (Essential)

Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience within building services sector leading a team of Technicians
Oversee sub-contractors and contractors on site
Lead site meetings, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets
Sign off complex designs of lighting, power layouts, CCTV, access control, fire detection/intruder detection and BMS systems
Proven track record of projects completed (Hospitals, Shopping centers, data centers and prisons)
5+ years’ experience within building services (Leading a team of Junior Engineers)
