Job Description:
Manage electrical and instrumentation maintenance teams
Managing the execution of electrical and instrumentation related maintenance activities and strategies to meet equipment availability and reliability targets
Managing and implementing agreed Capex and Plant projects
Develop a dynamic, high performing team and succession pool.
Executing work duties in accordance with legal regulations and company policy and procedures
Maintaining Safety, Health and Environmental standards
Participating in the Maintenance Team’s initiatives to set and meet continuous improvement targets

Minimum Requirements:
Electrical B. Eng Degree or an B.Tech Electrical and a Government Certificate of Competence (Mines)
Must have a minimum of 5 years maintenance and project experience in heavy industry
Code 08 driver’s licence
Sufficient knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and automation systems in heavy industry to do proper plant inspection, maintenance and repairs
