MINIMUM N3 ELECTRICIAN OR NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING
ELECTRICIAN TRADE TEST + OPERATOR BACKGROUND
MINIMUM 3 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCEAS AN ELECTRICIAN WITH OPERATING EXPERIENCE ON POWER GENERATION TURBINES, BOILERS AND ASSOCIATED POWER PLANT EQUIPMENT;
HIGH AND LOW VOLTAGE ELECTRICIAN EXPERIENCE
Ms Office packages (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills
Mentoring and Coaching
Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
ABILITY TO USE ELECTRICAL TEST EQUIPMENT AND HAND TOOLS
TURBINE OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
BOILER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Problem solving skills
Must be willing to do shift work
Maintenance of plant
Operation of the WHR electrical system
Personally complete WHR equipment and systems inspection work
Handle all electrical job cards associated with WHR
Be able to repair and maintain power generation equipment
Conform to the Mine Health and Safety Act and SHEQ policies at all the times
Responsible for housekeeping in the WHR
