Requirements:
• N4 Certificate
• Electrician Trade Test
• Wireman’s License
• MV and HV Competent
• 5 years Mining experience
• PLC experience
• Computer Literate
• Valid Drivers License
• Good knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
• Understanding of Mine Health and Safety Act
• Ability to work independently and in a team as well as under pressure
• Physically fit and able to pass a medical / fitness test

Duties:
• Overhead lines inspections
• Overhead lines and substation maintenance
• HT Switchgear and Transformers on the Mine
• Electrical maintenance
