A leading engineering consultancy specializing in Building Services is on the hunt for a Professionally Registered Electronic Engineer to oversee Junior Draughtsman and Designers on high end projects that include shopping malls, schools, hospitals and office blocks. Lead the Electronic Engineering unit and sign off complex designs of electronic systems that include CCTV, Access control, BMS Systems and fire detection systems.



Qualification:

BSc/BEng in Electrical Engineering

Pr. Eng Registration (Essential)



Skills & Experience:

Ensure projects are completed within the given time frame and budget

Liaise with the sub-contractors and contractors on site, lead site meetings, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets

Oversee Electrical and Electronic design of lighting and small power layouts, CCTV, access control, fire detection/intruder detection and BMS systems

Ability to communicate at all levels

Sign off tender documentation, lead site visits and manage budgets and estimates

8+ years’ experience overseeing Junior Designers/Engineers within the building services sector
