We’re seeking Mature Qualified Foundation Phase School Teachers for Grades 1 and Grade 2, for a private school but are in line with the government school holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons catering to foundation phase students’ diverse needs.
Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love for learning.
Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
Assess and evaluate students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to both students and parents.
Collaborate with other Teachers to enhance the overall educational program and contribute to a positive school culture. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of educational trends and best practices. etc

Desired Experience & Qualification

MUST Fully qualified foundation-phased teacher (grade 1 to grade 3)
MUST be fully registered with SACE (South African Council of Educators)
MUST HAVE more than 15 years of teaching experience
Well-spoken and written English is extremely important
Mature individual with loads of teaching experience

Package & Remuneration

Salary : R12 000 – R16 000 per month

No benefits except school holiday leave

Working hours: 7.30 am to 3.30 pm (with the odd additional hours for sports/gate duty if required)
