Starting salary is R 4500. Once you have your security grades this then increases to R 5000.00.

Company will provide all the training needed.

You will be working shift work which includes night shifts.

Job Purpose
Emergency Call Centre Personnel receive calls, determine if it is an emergency, and if so, assist by providing help within their capacity, pacify the situation, and request for the dispatch of either police or EMS and fire services.

Duties and Responsibilities
Case Management
Answer emergency calls quick and efficiently
Notify the duty officer of any red-code and blue-code incidents as per protocols

Record keeping such as, but not limited to:

Documents to be opened and maintained during shift:
- SA CAN HQ folder
- OneDrive
- Vehicle Trip Sheets
- Bullhorns
- Google Maps
- WhatsApp
- Telegram
- Facebook
- Zello
- Crime Mapping
- IMICS (Incident Management & Information Capturing System)
Dispatching of relevant role-players
Case management and follow-up
VCAT tracking, tracing and support

Any other reasonable ad hoc duties assigned
