Employee Relations Manager needed for a leading manufacturing company in Gauteng!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Employee Relations Manager to be responsible for the company's Disciplinary and Grievance procedures, through operationalizing the procedures, providing advice, training, capturing data and the reporting thereof, represent the company on Labour Matters, Wage Negotiations and various other Union demands; assess and mitigate the risks on all disciplinary, grievance and labour dispute matters, responsible for tactical and legal advice to management on labour matters and ensure healthy working relationships and engagement with the relevant Trade Unions; Coordinate socio-economic community development initiatives and ensure meaningful stakeholder engagement between the communities with whom the client works; coordinate all transformation initiatives as articulated in the group, responsible for EE plan and reporting and responsible for developing and implementing interventions aimed at addressing Health and Wellness concerns. Ideally you will have a Human Resources/Industrial Relations Degree. A minimum of 7 years experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
