This position will focus on collective bargaining and engagement with stakeholders such as employees, unions, adjudicative forums as well as providing employment and labour strategic and legal advice to mitigate the risk of employment disputes.

Requirements
Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or LAW
LLB would be preferred
Admitted Attorney/ Advocate would be preferred
Specializing in collective bargaining and union engagements

PS : This is a 1 year fixed contract and will be expected to start in September 2017.
