Our client, a leading Sandton based law firm is seeking an experienced Labour Lawyer (Asc - Snr Asc) to fulfill a non billing Professional Support Lawyer role.
Job Description:
Advise on all types of labour law including strikes and lock-outs, collective bargaining, unlawful competition and restraint of trade;
Advise on and represent clients in all forms of disputes, ranging from unfair dismissals and labour practices to organisational rights and collective agreements;
Advise on wide-ranging employment issues relating to large-scale restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, redundancies, business transfers and collective disputes;
Provide advice and guidance on the holding of internal company disciplinary enquiries and appeals
Minimum Requirements:

Must have an LLB
Admitted Attorney, with at least 3 + years PQE in Employment / Labour Law
Extensive experience in all aspects of employment law
The salary offered is market related and based on the candidate's experience.
