Our client requires the services of an Engineering & Estate Manager who will provide a service to all Farming units.

Key performance areas:

? Developing and maintaining the farming infrastructure, including electricity, water, roads, buildings, vehicles, equipment and implements
? Ensuring compliance with legislative requirements related to farming infrastructure;
? Establishing a standardised housing and estate management policies and procedures;
? Developing and maintaining a centralised farming infrastructure system for sustainability and growth
? Managing the mechanical, civil and electrical maintenance teams.

The successful candidate must have:

? Matric with a Civil Engineering or relevant qualification
? 8 – 10 years relevant experience
? Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements would be advantageous
? Excellent computer literay
? Valid driver’s license with own transport
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills
? Must be well organized
? Must be able to build and maintain effective relationships
