Responsibilities/
• Follow the KPI of the department
• Follow the RSC Design Phase

• Knowledge of Alstom Transport: 10 21 30 40
• Knowledge of other functional areas within the organisation: 10 21 30 40
• Knowledge of the domestic market: 10 21 30 40
• Knowledge of the relevant product line: 10 20 31 40

Candidate Requirements
Educational Requirements & desired Knowledge / experience

At least 8 years of experience in a large Industrial Project (at its best in railway business)
At least 2 years of Team Management
Previous scheduling, configuration, Methods&tools background
Able to make the synthesis of a critical issue
Innovative, pro-active and positive Good Communication & Collaborative skills
Customer oriented
Strong change management skills and leadership
