Responsible for recommending the technology direction for the business. Development of technology infrastructure plan including systems, systems, technology, and network architectures, acquisition plans, standards, migration strategies, and contingency aspects.
Consult with key stakeholders
Detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
Document and translate business requirements into functional specifications
Identify opportunities and recommend business process changes
Analyse enterprise business data, applications, security and technology environments
Assist with developing IT strategies and design enterprise architectures
Provide project management oversight to the project teams
Create, define, and manage a unified data model to deliver design data-driven solutions focusing on stakeholders' needs
Manage the documentation and determination of data standards and procedures for the organisations' data governance programme
Identify gaps in data architecture management practices and build an inventory of transactional databases and tables necessary to implement data models
Design, develop and implementation of enterprise-wide security strategy and framework for all aspects of the security domain in alignment with the business strategy and goals
Analyse project, programme and porfolio needs and resources
Estimate the financial impact of enterprise architecture alternatives
BSc Computer Science or BCom Informatics essential
Minimum of 5 years expereince of large-scale data and application integrration architrecture and technology experience
Master Data Management including Security and Privacy
