ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONER – POLOKWANE, LIMPOPO
Peakford Management Consultants wishes to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic individual into the role of Enterprise Development Practitioner (EDP) for the Polokwane Office(Fixed Term contract – 15 Months)
The successful incumbent will be responsible for:
• Conducting one-on-one trainings to Emerging Entrepreneurs (EEs) at their Premises
• One EDP will be tasked with Coaching 11 EEs
• Will conduct a minimum of 36 coaching sessions per month
• Will conduct a maximum of 56 one-on-one sessions per month
• Each EDP will be required to have conducted 700 sessions at the conclusion of the Project
• One EDP will conduct 58 Coaching Sessions per EE
• The Coaching sessions with EEs to be plus or minus 2 hours
• Coaching to be conducted by EDPs to EEs include skills transfer and practical application of skills learnt
• The EDPs are managed by and report to the Project Manager / Facilitator appointed by the TP
• EDPs will be required to populate information gathered from EEs on the web-based Impact Monitoring System (IMS)
• The IMS will help EEs improve their business and will also be used by the Training Provider (TP) in reporting to SEDA
• The EDPs will be paid R5 000 gross salary per month and a travel allowance

Minimum Requirements:
• Must possess a Minimum matric / grade 12 qualification
• Must be computer literate - Word, Excel &PowerPoint are essential
• Certificate in Small Business Development is an added advantage
