Our client is urgently seeking an Enterprise Manager for their National Operation based just outside of Bethlehem.

The ideal candidate will be overseeing 3 Factories i.e. Diary & Juice. It will be an advantage if you understand the technical side of a factory. You need to be strong on the Financial side for you’ll be requested to draft financials for the factories. You need an FMCG background. If you have a background and proven track record of being a Diary Factory Manager will be an advantage.
You will manage a team of 40-60 people.

You need to be independent, well presented, self-motivated, team leader, extremely organised and a problem solver and must have a track record as a reputable manager.

Minimum of 2-3 Years managing people in a Factory Environment.

Minimum Qualification: Matric or equivalent.

You need to be able to communicate in Afrikaans and English fluently, if you can speak an African language it will be an advantage.

Package: R55 000 – R25 000 depending on experience + Benefits
