Magnetic Field Force is the on-field management arm of Kreetiv Communications. We have embarked on an exciting venture to help aspiring entrepreneurs to work with us in executing our projects on the trade. We seek the assistance of Enterprise Reps (ERs).
• ERs must have extensive knowledge of the sales and marketing environment for consumer products.
• You must have worked as a promotions consultant, road manager and/or activations management.
• You must have excellent business skills to bring out the best in your staff.
• An ER works in his community.
Basic Requirements:
1. Must have a vehicle. Not negotiable.
2. Must have proven knowledge and experience of working in brand activation.
3. Good written and verbal communication in English and at least 2 African languages (area dependent).
4. Excellent sales personality and business acumen.
5. Proven track record of working with consumer products.
6. Valid driver’s license with your own car.
7. Metric Certificate or equivalent qualification.
8. If you already have a Company that deals with, but not limited to (brand activation, merchandising and Promotions) it would be an advantage.
9. Copies of all your company documents, if relevant. (Registration documents, director’s details, proof of address, bank account, etc.)
Personality requirements:
o You must be able to show traits of an entrepreneurship. We test this extensively and only serious entrepreneurs are considered.
o Hype and Enthusiastic. Willing to take significant initiative.
o Well-mannered and well groomed.
Responsibilities
o Must work on our IT system.
o Must commit to meet daily, weekly and monthly job targets.
o Report to the regional manager.
o Must be committed to learning and development.
o Must accept the legal and operational responsibilities that come with owning and running your own business. We provide extensive support.
o Must be honest and pay staff on time as we pay you on time.
Remuneration is based per job.
o We appoint you based on the need for your area. You are paid a basic fee only.
o We do not work on commission.

Kreetiv Communications is an integrated brand communications agency. We service clients on a national basis and operate in Johannesburg & Cape Town. We are a level 3 BBEEE company. We are in the business of creating ideas that revolve around current trends and customer behaviour. It is for this reason that we have successfully executed many cutting edge projects, system developments and divided the business into a consultancy and an on-field management arm of the business called Magnetic Field force (MFF).
