Position vacant for Enterprise Supplier Development Manager.

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree
5-8 Years experience in a Supply Chain Role
Management experience
Knowledge of MPRDA, PPPFA, BBBEE and other legislation relevant to Mining, Supply Chain and Procurement

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Implement ESD strategy in accordance with the Company's Transformation Framework, MPRDA Act and BBBEE codes and RSA government transformation

2. Ensure increase in BEE spend by promoting and empowering SMME companies in the Organisation's procurement

3. Drive and influence transformation of large non-compliant companies

4. Establishing an empowerment fund supporting ESD activities

5. Support the business and various other functions by aligning overall transformation plans in respect of commodity specific initiatives

6. Stakeholder Management

7. Implement enterprise and supplier development initiatives, workshops and awareness programmes for emerging suppliers.
