Entertainment Manager | Bela Bela | Private Game Reserve

We are looking for an experienced ENTERTAINMENT MANAGER to join this well known 4 star Private Game Reserve in Bela Bela, Limpopo. The reserve is a part of a large Lodge Group and prides itself in the highest standards and customer service.

Main specs for this job:

Requirements

Must have relevant 3 to 5 years’ experience within a 4* Game Reserve environment
Must have a valid driver’s licence, own transport advised
Must be prepared to work in a remote area, including the adaptability which is required in an environment such as a Private Game Reserve
Must have a stable work record
Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and flexi shifts
Good Computer skills in MS Office (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Reliable, Ethical, Confidentiality driven, Motivated, Honest, Passionate
Must have Excellent knowledge and experience in entertainment management
Public Relations – be excellent in handling Guests, and children
Social Media Platform management
Marketing assistance
Basic Financial background
Must be able to design and develop entertainment programs
Valid RSA ID
Duties and Responsibilities

Develop In- out of season entertainment programs for Kids and Adults
Maintaining the KIDs Club social program
Manage entertainment centre Vending Machines incl.
Management reporting
Project Management for special Projects
Management staff compliment
Communication with various departments
Stock Control, budgeting, procurement
Training of staff to required level of efficiency
Promote inter-departmental co-operation
Salary Offered:

Salary negotiable (Based upon experience and qualifications)
Provident Fund 13% of Basic
Live-in for single accommodation
Start date: ASAP, negotiable
