THE ROLE

You will be based in a central location with a modern atmosphere and lively environment. You will be rewarded with a base salary, uncapped commission, performances bonuses and incentives.
You will be responsible for developing your own sales and marketing team and leading and guiding them and teaching them the way of our business. We have a proven system that has been in place for 22 years and have a high success rate. We have a proven track record and provide a lively environment to work in.

The position would be office based. You will need to be able to present and be comfortable in the presence of business contacts at all levels from IT Manager to CEO.

This is a key role in the business and although the focus will be on working with your team on delivery, you will also be keeping your hand in managing your own accounts.

Training, development and up-skilling along with the setting and achieving of targets is part of the day to day work, but you will also be looking to the future and how you can continue your career in this great business. .
