Location: Cape Town

Description: A manufacturer in the cosmetics industry requires an Equipment and Process Validation Assistant to join their team. Key duties will include: to assist with the implementation of the validation master, ensuring continued compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716 and SANS standards, as well as other international and national legislation, validation of equipment, validation of cleaning procedures, validation of manufacturing processes, validation of computer systems, validation of analytical methods, assist with temperature mapping and air qualification, investigation of non – conformances, maintaining a validation schedule, maintaining the required standard of GMP and assist with training of cGMP throughout facility, developing process or method improvements in cleaning routine and development and completion of validation product studies.

Key Requirements: BSc or equivalent qualification in engineering or pharmacy, 2-3 years’ experience in a production/ validation environment, knowledge of analytical, technical and engineering methods.

Additional Requirements: High level of computer literacy, self-motivation, attention to detail, good time management skills, ability to work independently, good communication and planning and organizing skills.

Remuneration: Market related
