A JSE listed company that specialises in building materials is expanding their team and is looking for an ERP Consultant / Business Analyst to join their team of professionals. This role is best suited to individuals with at least 4 years’ Business Analyst and ERP implementation experience as well as ITILv3 Certification. Your role as an ERP Consultant / Business Analyst will include the following:

- Design, Implement, Test and Support new projects and system by following a structured SDLC methodology
- Able to conduct Training sessions for new solutions as well as Training Sessions of advance users.
- Assist in facilitating and set up workshops for business requirement and information gathering
- Mapping business requirements to relevant solution
- Maintaining traceability between business requirements and system implementation
- Achieve high customer satisfaction
- Design and implement formal handover of implemented solutions to Support and Maintenance function
- Act as 3rd level support and SME on ERP platform and other relevant solutions
- Identify and advise the Project Manager of any risks associated with the various implementations

The following requirements are essential:

- Relevant University Degree or Advanced Diploma
- Implementation experience of an end to end ERP solution (Trading and Finance)
- ERP experience (Oracle, Kerridge etc)
- Experience in facilitating workshops with business users in order to gather requirements, generate ideas and validate designs
- Consulting experience would be an advantage
- Min 3 years’ experience Supply Chain and/or Retail/Trading experience.
- Knowledge and exposure of Business Analysis.
- Familiar with Prince II or PMBOK or any formalised project
- Able to travel when required (within SA).
- Own car and valid driver’s license
